Freshly picked hops from our local hop yard, Great Southern Hops, were flash frozen with liquid nitrogen and shattered like shards of glass for this brew. This technique exposes the intense, flavourful aromas of the hops, giving us our most intense tasting wet hop beer ever. Fruit, floral, and sticky aromas with a full body and rich, hoppy flavour.
