Boston Brewing Co.'s WET HOP IPA is a collab with our friends at Grain Cru Cellarbrations Vic Park & Carlisle as well as our mates at Great Southern Hops WA.
Freshly picked hops were FLASH FROZEN WITH LIQUID NOTROGEN AND SHATTERED LIKE SHARDS OF GLASS!!!! This Technique exposes the intense, flavourful aromas of the hops, giving us our most intense wet hop beer ever.
